SUN PRAIRIE, Wis. -- In July, Sun Prairie police arrested Robert Gilkey-Meisegeier.

The 30-year-old is facing 15 felony charges: 13 counts of possession of child pornography and two counts of sexually exploiting a child.

Emma McKenna is a Senior at Sun Prairie West High School, where Gilkey-Meisegeier was the dean of students. Mckenna said throughout high school, she heard rumors about Gilkey-Meisegeier and students.

"I mean it was just kind of obvious. Him and the victims would hang out a lot," said McKenna.

Weeks after Gilkey-Meisegeier's arrest, a grandy jury indicted him.

"With the school district being under investigation, I don't know how to feel," said McKenna.
