SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) -- In the wake of the Charlie Kirk shooting and the assassination of a Minnesota lawmaker and her husband, do political candidates here at home and in Washington need to think about security? It's a question we posed to the people running for South Dakota Governor.

Candidate Toby Doeden, who reported to police that he was threatened by a woman at a Northern State Football game last week, says it's a sad day that we even have to discuss security.
