ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. — Bills fans have seen Josh Allen ear a visor before.

Allen donned a clear visor with a blue helmet at the Return of the Blue & Red practice two years ago. He used a red visor with a black helmet at the same practice in 2024. Even last month, Allen wore a visor when he took the Highmark Stadium field in the Bills' Super Bowl-era throwback helmet .

But with the Bills and in the NFL? Allen might break new territory Thursday night when Buffalo hosts the Miami Dolphins. Kickoff is scheduled for 8:15 p.m.

"I wore one all throughout college," Allen said during a Tuesday news conference. "I just, I don't think I've worn one in a game in the NFL."

By now, most everyone knows why Allen might wear a visor on Thursday night.
