SALISBURY — Big Top Circus, Come One, Come All was the theme for the second annual Smart Start Month celebration held Wednesday at Grace Lutheran Church, 3020 Grace Church Road, Salisbury.

The month, proclaimed by North Carolina Governor Josh Stein, “covers under the North Carolina Partnership for Children for all 75 counties throughout North Carolina that are a Smart Start ally,” said Denise Heinke, director of outreach and development at Smart Start.

She said they were thrilled to be able to offer this for the families they serve with their four pillars of early literacy, health, family support and child care.
