The OverRuled: China Trade Controls Resource Center has been updated with the following actions:

BIS added 32 entities to the Entity List, including 23 entities under the destination of the PRC, for the following reasons:

Acquiring U.S.-origin items to advance the PRC's military and defense-related space-domain activities, as well as the PRC's quantum technology capabilities;

Acquiring U.S.-origin items in support of the PRC's military modernization, for participating in the PRC's advanced computing and integrated circuit manufacturing and distribution sectors, and directly supplying the PRC military, government, and security apparatus;

Being involved in the production of high-performance computing (HPC) chips, including for artificial intelligence and other dual-
