CLEVELAND, Ohio — Packers fans sang to their new star edge rusher, and Micah Parsons liked the tune. During his postgame interview after Green Bay’s 27-18 win over Washington last Thursday, Parsons nodded his head and egged on the chorus.

The choir on hand responded: “Thank you, Jerry!”

They meant Cowboys owner Jerry Jones, who earlier this month traded Parsons, a four-time Pro Bowler and two-time All-Pro selection, to the Packers. In return, Green Bay sent two first-round picks and defensive tackle Kenny Clark. And through two weeks, the trade has a clear winner.
