FAIRMONT — Judge Patrick Wilson granted bond to Ryan Lane, one of the six men accused of Henry Silver’s murder in 2022, after a jury deadlocked in Lane’s trial.

“The State has knowingly and intentionally deprived Ryan Lane of his freedom despite having no criminal record, having no risk of flight and based upon the State’s delusional, made for television script supported by absolutely not evidence,” Elgine McArdle, Lane’s attorney, said in a motion asking for bond.
