CINCINNATI —
The man accused of pointing a gun at Cincinnati police in Fountain Square during Taste of Cincinnati weekend is set to be resentenced Thursday.
Jabari Johnson's case has been on hold since Tuesday, when U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement stepped in at the last minute and complicating the situation. Advertisement
Just hours after Johnson's sentencing on Tuesday , we learned ICE agents put a hold on him. Johnson told the court he's a U.S. citizen, so we're working to find out how immigration enforcement is involved.
At his original sentencing on Tuesday, Johnson pleaded no contest to charges of aggravated menacing, obstructing official business and carrying concealed weapons.
That means he's not disputing the charges, but isn't admitting to them either.
