Neighbors are calling for new road safety measures along Groesbeck Road after a crash that ended with a car slamming into an apartment building and another car being split in half.

One person was sent to the hospital with minor injuries during the incident, described as an apparent case of road rage, according to a Cincinnati Police Department crash report. Advertisement

The report alleges the drivers were passing each other left of the double yellow line until one side-swiped the other, leading to the crash at the intersection of Groesbeck Road and Folchi Drive. Both drivers were considered at fault as a result of road rage, according to the crash report.
