ST. CLAIR COUNTY, Mo. - A person was killed and another was left injured after a double stabbing early Thursday morning in East St. Louis.

According to East St. Louis Police, the incident occurred at the Orr-Weathers Apartment Complex, located on Missouri Avenue and North 14th Street.

Police say one person was found dead inside an abandoned building and a second person was found outside near the building.
