WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) - Dogs possibly set for euthanasia have been adopted after a warning from the Pratt Area Humane Society.
The humane society said it was becoming overcrowded and, even though it is a non-kill shelter, some animals would have to be euthanized because of the issue.
The organization reported Wednesday night that many of its dogs, who had adoption fees reduced, have been adopted or have adoptions pending.
The shelter had listed five dogs that were at risk.
