With demand and traffic more than doubling in the past 5 years, the East Bay Food Pantry (EBFP) is launching a comprehensive renovation and redesign of its 10,000 square foot facility, beginning in January 2026.

The “Reimagine | Renovate Project” will reconfigure and expand both spaces for maximized efficiency, improved safety, increased storage capacity, and an improved shopping experience.

EBFP provides free access to fresh produce, dairy and meat products, and non-perishable foods. In 2024 alone, EBFP distributed 260 tons of food to more than 2,400 individuals across 1,180 households.
