SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — The Onondaga County Health Department released its inspection reports for restaurants checked from Aug. 31 through Sep. 6.

The inspector found that the facility lacked a probe thermometer to evaluate the temperature of potentially hazardous (TCS) foods.

This was corrected, and the facility obtained a probe thermometer.

Improper cooling and refrigerated storage of potentially hazardous foods (critical):

This violation was found twice.
