A parent with an inoperable brain tumour has urged decision-makers to reject controversial cost-cutting proposals that would impact some of Renfrewshire's most vulnerable people.
Helen McAleer has penned an open letter to the voting members of the integration joint board (IJB) – the body that oversees Renfrewshire Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) – ahead of Friday's meeting.
It comes as eight individuals prepare to make a call on a series of measures that have been suggested to help close a multi-million-pound budget gap.
