CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) - Governor Josh Stein is scheduled to hold a press conference after participating in the NCBiotech Summit in Charlotte.

Stein is expected to speak at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 18, at The Pearl Reading Room.

In addition to declaring Sept. 15-19 as Life Sciences Week, he is expected to talk about his legislative priorities before the North Carolina General Assembly goes back into session on Sept. 22. Some of those priorities, he said, include public safety, health care, and teacher pay.
