GRANGER TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WOIO) - Roundabouts have grown in popularity since they were introduced to U.S. roads in 1990, and we’ll see more in Ohio as Governor Mike DeWine has approved the money for 25 more this year.
The roundabout in Granger Township at State Route 94 and Granger Road has done its job since 2018.
“We’ve had no fatalities, no injuries, so the crash volume that we’re seeing is down fifty-seven percent compared to the period before the roundabout,” said Matt Bruning, ODOT Press Secretary.
Not every driver is enthusiastic.
