The One Shoreline Plaza building in downtown Corpus Christi will be up for auction in early October, according to a notice of sale filed with the Nueces County clerk.

The property, located at 800 N. Shoreline Blvd. on the bayfront, faces foreclosure after the borrower, One Shoreline Plaza LLC, defaulted on loans, the notice shows.
