For the second year in a row — and the third time in four years — Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP) has been named the best airport in North America.
J.D. Power just released its 2025 North American Airport Satisfaction Survey, an annual report that digs into travelers' opinions on airports in a variety of categories. MSP topped the "mega airport" list, which rates the largest airports in the U.S. and Canada.
MSP came in with a score of 660, down from 671 last year, just ahead of Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (649) and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (634).
“J.D. Power is one of the most distinguished industry awards, and it is rare to win back-to-back No. 1 rankings,” says Brian Ryks, CEO and executive director of the Metropolitan Airports Commission
