MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas (KTRK) -- A Montgomery County grand jury has decided not to indict Houston Texans safety Jimmie Ward after he was arrested back in the summer for alleged domestic assault.

Court records said the jury did not find any probable cause that Ward committed the crimes for which he is accused.

Back in June, court records showed Ward was arrested for a domestic assault charge. While investigators didn't provide specific details at the time, according to a lawsuit, he barged into the woman's Magnolia home and allegedly sexually assaulted her.
