ALLEN PARK — Aidan Hutchinson soaked up every bit of his first sack of the 2025 season.

After getting to Chicago’s Caleb Williams, the Detroit Lions’ star edge rusher blew kisses to the raucous crowd at Ford Field.

In doing so, Hutchinson didn’t just continue piling on a strong defensive performance, he experienced an important moment in his return from last year’s season-ending injury.

“That first one was, it was special just to get it and to feel the support, and it was almost like flipping a page,” Hutchinson said Thursday.

It was Hutchinson’s first time suiting up for the Lions on their home field since Week 4 of 2024 against the Seattle Seahawks.
