WYOMING, Mich. — Inside the Hahn-In Christian Reformed Church's community center on 28th Street, Jungseok Oh showed how three seemingly unrelated objects came together to create an unforgettable art experience that people will soon be able to see at ArtPrize . Those objects were a drone, a paintbrush, and a violin.

Jungseok has been an artist for years. His journey has taken him from his native country of Korea to Texas and now to West Michigan, where he paints using a drone.

"I attach a brush to a drone and paint directly on canvas using only my hand and body movement," he said, noting that a single painting can take weeks to complete.

"A drone is affected by wind and vibration, so controlling the brush is very hard, but that difficulty makes the process more meaningful."
