ORANGE CITY, Iowa (KTIV) - A Northwest Iowa nonprofit women’s health clinic is on a mission to support women through all aspects of perinatal and postnatal care, and into motherhood.

Guiding Star Siouxland Organizers say their goal is to empower women through its pillars of care, with fertility care and natural family planning, pregnancy and childbirth, breastfeeding and postpartum, and family life services.

They provide holistic, women-centered solutions for challenges women may face in all aspects of motherhood.

Executive Director, Kaleigh Van Middendorp, says a holistic approach combines medicine with other therapies or lifestyle changes to take care of the whole body, physical, mental, and emotional being of a woman.
