U.S. Rep. Rashida Tlaib, D-Detroit, got into a shouting match during a committee hearing with U.S. Rep. Byron Donalds , a Republican from Florida who is running to be that state's next governor.

The heated exchange on Sept. 18 came several hours into a House Oversight and Government Reform Committee hearing on Congress' authority over Washington D.C. and President Donald Trump's ordering National Guard units into the nation's capital to fight crime over many residents' objections .
