LAKE CHARLES, La. (KPLC) - The mostly dry conditions we saw Thursday will continue through the weekend.

Rain chances for Friday through the weekend are likely to remain limited but also not zero, the forecast includes a 20% chance of rain each day. These showers will remain limited and like short-lived in nature and most likely in the afternoon hours. Temperatures will reach the low 90s for afternoon highs and morning lows will range form the mid 60s to the mid 70s from north to south.

The upcoming weekend will feature more of the same with warm conditions and limited rain coverage. But to be clear, a few showers are possible; so keep an eye on the sky if you are going to be outside.
