We know the Mitten state has infinite capacity for adoration and appreciation of Michigan’s lighthouses, after all the Great Lakes State has the most lighthouses in the nation.

When you visit 112 locations you can get a stamp in the U.S. Lighthouse Society’s Passport. The list includes lightships, range lights, crib lights, shoal lights, and museums.

Michigan has the most lighthouses on the participating passport list, covering almost all of the state’s 129 lighthouses. 19
