LYNNWOOD, Wash — The owner of a bikini barista coffee chain in King and Snohomish counties is facing a lawsuit that accuses him of years of sexual harassment, retaliation and wage theft.

Washington Attorney General Nick Brown filed the complaint in King County Superior Court against Jonathan Tagle and his company, Tagle Investments LLC, which operates Paradise Espresso stands in Tukwila, Monroe, Lynnwood and Mountlake Terrace.

The lawsuit alleges that for at least 12 years, Tagle forced employees to perform sexual acts to be hired and keep their jobs, groped and touched them without consent, required them to visit his home to provide sexual favors and retaliated against those who rejected his advances.
