PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – Washington Attorney General Nick Brown filed a lawsuit Tuesday against a bikini barista shop owner over sexual harassment and wage theft allegations, the Attorney General's office announced.

The lawsuit was filed against 45-year-old Jonathan Tagle, the owner of Paradise Espresso, a "bikini barista" chain with four locations across King and Snohomish counties, where the suit says he hired "young women to work as baristas...making and selling coffee drinks for a largely male clientele while dressed in bikinis, lingerie or similar attire."

For at least the last 12 years, the lawsuit claims Tagle violated several Washington state laws by subjecting his employees to “egregious sexual harassment, retaliation, and wage theft.”
