Gabriel Landeskog added a job title to his resume: personal secretary.

The Colorado Avalanche captain answered a reporter’s phone during a media day press conference on Wednesday.

In the clip, Landeskog searches for the buzzing phone laying on the table in front of him.

“Hey Eric, we are in the middle of a press conference. He’ll call you back,” Landeskog said after answering the phone which earned laughs in the media room.

The veteran forward then asked whose phone it was and said he would take five dollars at the next press conference.

Looks like Landeskog found his new side hustle.
