COLUMBUS, Ohio — Low- and middle-income students who earn an associate degree at Columbus State Community College will soon be able to finish a bachelor’s degree at The Ohio State University with no cost for tuition or mandatory fees, under a new partnership called Buckeye Bridge.

The new program announced Monday will cover up to eight semesters of coursework or until student completes a bachelor's degree, whichever is first.

To qualify, there are some requirements students must meet:

Be an Ohio resident

Complete an associate degree at Columbus State

File a FAFSA annually, by the priority deadline

Maintain full-time enrollment at Ohio State

Have a family Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) of $100,000 or less (verified through FAFSA)
