COLLEGE STATION, Texas (CW39) - Mark Welsh, the now former President of Texas A&M University, has stepped down from his role as of today, Thursday, Sept. 19 at 5 p.m.. That's according to an announcement made today by Chancellor Glenn Hegar and the Texas A&M University System Board of Regents.
