CHAGRIN FALLS, Ohio

Civil matter: Cleveland Street :

A 61-year-old man said he was being held against his will shortly at an assisted living facility shortly after noon Sept. 10.

The staff advised police that they are trying to have him relocated, but are not having any luck due to his temper.

Officers took a report for informational purposes and advised the man of the situation.

Assistance: Nob Hill Drive

When a resident reported at 7:11 a.m. Sept. 5 that he had not been able to contact his longtime friend for the past day, an officer went to the home and found the friend, 69, deceased.

The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner’s Office responded. There is no suspicion of foul play.
