CINCINNATI (WXIX) - The Hamilton County Association of Police Chiefs held their first in a series of townhalls Thursday evening to openly discuss issues with community members.

There were a lot of questions tonight surrounding various topics, but several main points that stuck out and were visited many times were the closing of the probation substations, the concern over group homes destroying communities and the rising crime among youth.

“We are seeing offenders, violent offenders, younger and younger and younger than I’ve ever seen in my career,” Cincinnati Police Chief Teresa Theetge said.
