Suite Fire Bar & Grille is located inside the Holiday Inn & Suites Grand Prairie Peoria which is located at 7601 N. Orange Prairie Road. They are open for breakfast daily from 6-10 a.m. and dinner Monday through Saturday from 4-9 p.m.
