LANDIS — Last week in Charlotte, the Landis Fire Department received a lofty recognition when it was named the N.C. Grange State Fire Department of the Year.
“We are excited and deeply honored to share that the Landis Fire Department has been named the N.C. Grange State Fire Department of the Year,” the town announced on Facebook.
Fire Chief Jason Smith echoed a similar sentiment.
