On Thursday evening, the University of Michigan’s Board of Regents met at the Alexander G. Ruthven building to discuss decreased international student enrollment and to hear grievances from the U-M community on issues concerning faculty salaries and the discontinuation of gender-affirming care for individuals under 19.
