A woman accused of faking pregnancies, forging ultrasound scans and demanding money from men she met on social media in an elaborate stalking and fraud scheme has been named.

Grace Lesley Trevelle, 25, was born in Toowoomba but allegedly committed the six-month defrauding spree while living at Tugun on the Gold Coast.

Police allege Ms Trevelle sent a large number of messages where she falsely claimed she was pregnant and had given birth to children with two previous short-term partners.

It is alleged the 25-year-old attempted to solicit money for medical expenses based on forged documents.

Ms Trevelle is charged with 15 offences, including five counts of fraud, four counts each of forgery and uttering and one count of stalking.
