SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) - The Suncoast will see drier conditions through the weekend as tropical moisture shifts east into the Atlantic. With the drier air in place, rain chances will be low and afternoon temperatures will hold steady in the low 90s, pretty typical for this time of year. Winds over the waters remain from the northeast at light to moderate levels, below any need for marine advisories, and will turn onshore each afternoon as a weak sea breeze develops.

By early next week, winds will shift more from the east and southeast, allowing deeper moisture to return across the peninsula.
