Peeing in the shower might seem harmless, even efficient, but new expert insights suggest it could be doing more harm than good. Pharmacist Abbas Kanani has spoken out to raise awareness of the lesser-known health risks behind the bathroom habit.

Mira conducted a survey and found that more than three-quarters of us admit to peeing in the shower, but experts warn that it may lead to issues such as: incontinence, p elvic floor strain and Infections.
