MAYFIELD, Ky. —

A very rough and scary landing for a pilot in western Kentucky.

The pilot landed at Mayfield-Graves County Airport, but was unable to stop at the end of the runway, going through a grassy area, a fence, and a highway before colliding with the house Advertisement

Police say someone was inside the home at the time of the crash, but was uninjured.

The pilot was the only person on the plane, and they were not hurt either.

The incident remains under investigation.
