LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — With another hot and dry day expected, there is light at the end of the tunnel with some much-needed rainfall in the forecast.
On Friday, highs remain summer-like as they climb back to around 90 degrees with plenty of sunshine.
Some clouds will move into the area overnight with temperatures remaining comfortable. Lows are expected to fall into the upper 50s and low 60s.
A few isolated rain chances are possible this weekend. Mainly southeast on Saturday.
By next week an unsettled pattern moves in bringing daily chances for scattered showers and storms.
Along with some rain next week comes cooler temperatures by the middle and end of week.
