NORTH CODORUS TOWNSHIP, Pa. (WPVI) -- Another procession is being held for the bodies of the three police officers who were killed in the line of duty this week in rural Pennsylvania.

Autopsies on the officers were conducted at Lehigh Valley Hospital Cedar Crest in Salisbury Township.

The procession of fellow officers lined up outside the hospital on Friday afternoon to bring the officers back to York County.

Police say 24-year-old Matthew James Ruth opened fire with an AR-style rifle Wednesday, killing Detective Mark Baker, Detective Sgt. Cody Becker and Detective Isaiah Emenheiser, as they got to the front door of his ex-girlfriend's home, where he was hiding.

The officers were there, searching for Ruth, to arrest him on suspicion of stalking.
