SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) - A night that started with a 3-hour rain delay ended with the Springfield Cardinals as Texas League North Division Champions.

Springfield beats Tulsa 3-0 to advance to the Texas League Championship for the third time in franchise history (2007 & 2012).

Cardinals’ starting pitcher Brycen Mautz earns the win, spending five innings on the hill. He struck out four and walked a single driller. Luis Gastelum closed the matchup. He hurled three strikeouts, his final K being the final out of the seven-inning shutout performance.
