ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — People are reporting that they are having significant issues with M&T Bank's mobile app.

Widespread customers of M&T from multiple states are saying they are not getting direct deposit payments.

At this time, what the problem is, how many people are affected, and when it will be resolved, has not been answered by M&T.

An M&T spokesperson did send a statement saying, "We are currently experiencing issues impacting certain platforms, including Mobile. We are working closely with our technology team to resolve this matter. The satisfaction of our customers is of utmost importance to us, and we apologize for any inconvenience."
