A hospital worker was left astonished by the extraordinary scene outside his workplace window – and chose to share a photo of the remarkable sight online. Pedro, who is employed at the Base Hospital in Brasília, Brazil, uploaded an image to Reddit using the handle u/drpedrico, revealing what he discovered during his shift: two vultures positioned at the window.

He detailed in his post: "Today, a couple of vultures appeared at the window of the surgical centre where I work. A patient said he was scared. It was like they were waiting for him to die." Speaking to Newsweek , Pedro admitted the incident struck him as amusing more than anything else.
