Dear Lucas : I recently moved into my neighborhood, and on multiple occasions I have noticed the same neighbor’s dog wandering the street. Every time, I politely shoo the dog back to its house, knock on the door and let them know the dog got out. This has happened enough times that I feel like I’m enabling the owners to be negligent with their pets. Should I stop bringing the dog back with the hopes they’ll finally start keeping an eye on their dog?
