LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — On Friday, the Arkansas Department of Education (ADE) released their official school letter grades for 2024-2025.

According to ADE, these school letter grades are intended to provide a "clearer and more meaningful picture" on how Arkansas schools are supporting student achievement, yearly growth, and making sure that graduates are prepared to be "enlisted, enrolled, or employed."

"We never want to settle until every child in Arkansas has a pathway to success and with this additional information [...] we are creating opportunities to help every student across the state," Gov. Sanders said.

This outlook is something that ADE Secretary Jacob Oliva agreed with, stating that their focus is on the yearly education and growth of students across the state.
