Head coach John Dean confirmed on Friday that first-year defenceman Callum Croskery will be out indefinitely with an upper-body injury. Article content Article content

When asked how long Croskery might be sidelined, Dean told reporter Peter Ruicci “month-to-month,” not disclosing any further details.

Croskery, 17, was hurt in the team’s pre-season game against the Saginaw Spirit last week at Midland Civic Arena.

The club had big expectations for the Oakville, Ont. product, their second-round pick in the 2024 OHL Priority Selection. After playing last season in the USHL with the Chicago Steel, Croskery signed with the Greyhounds in June following the NCAA’s rule change allowing CHL pla
