Duluth, Minn. (Northern News Now) - A Duluth man was released from jail Thursday after posting bond on charges related to allegedly filming inappropriate videos during high school graduation ceremonies at Mariucci Arena in June.

Benjamin Goldsmith, 32, is accused of secretly recording video from beneath dresses and skirts during ceremonies held June 1–2.

According to a criminal complaint, a woman called police after seeing Goldsmith acting suspiciously outside the venue. She told officers he was walking closely behind girls and carrying a sweater with a bulky object inside, raising concerns he might have a firearm.
