Maryland Department of Natural Resources police responded last week to a home in Edgewater, where they found a kangaroo in a fenced-in yard. “The kangaroo was found to be friendly, cooperative and ultimately avoided any charges,” they wrote in the post. Sgt. Ron Collier and Officer Tyson Johnson posed for photos with the animal, which the department posted on its Facebook page.
