OCONEE COUNTY, S.C. —

A Greenville County man is accused of breaking into cars at recreation areas in Oconee County and stealing Louis Vuitton, Coach, Kate Spade bags, among other items.

Travis Lamont Boyd, 47, of Daisy Drive, was booked into the Oconee County Detention Center Thursday. He is charged with three counts of breaking into a motor vehicle, two counts of petit larceny and one count each of malicious injury to property and grand larceny.

The charges are related to three separate vehicle break-ins that happened on Aug. 30, the Oconee County Sheriff's Office said.

Investigators said one of the break-in’s happened on Shallow Ford Road, which is the location of Fall Creek Landing #1 near Salem.
